Update: Looking for part 2? The show me your genitals 2 song, video, and lyrics by Jon Lajoie are now up so check it out.
Jon Lajoie is back with another hilarious music video, show me your genitals. This time he’s mocking the rap artists. It’s got that old school rap video feel to it with a classic beat and some goofy effects thrown in for good measure. Aside from being downright hilarious, Jon also manages to squeeze in a good mix of sarcasm, parody, and mockiness (yeah, i made up that word) while managing to even be a little creepy as a nerdy white guy wearing some tucked-in hawaiian shirt with khaki shorts and black socks pulled up to his calves. Anyhow, if you’re not familiar with Jon Lajoie by now, then you really need to get a nice refresher course…Instant classics include the following:
Surely, by now you’ve been Rick Roll’d?! And surely, by now you’ve wanted to sing along with the Rick Roll lyrics? Well, now you can sing along with Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” while you’re being RickRoll’d. And if you want to Rick Roll someone with the lyrics so they can sing along (and truly never get the song out of their head), you can send them here! Ha, they’ll hate you forever. And yet, they won’t be able to get the tune or the lyrics out of their head. Muahahaha…Get Rick Roll’d all over again…and sing along with the Rick Roll lyrics…
Jimmy Kimmel responded after the oscars with his own video. And guess what? He’s fucking Ben Affleck. Among the celebrity cameos in the video are: Ben Affleck (obviously), Brad Pitt, Joan Jett, Robin Williams, Don Cheadle, Pete Wentz, Perry Farrell, Macy Gray, Joel Madden, Benji Madden, Harrison Ford, Lance Bass, Cameron Diaz, Huey Luis, Josh Groban, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Meatloaf, Dicky Barrett, Harrison Ford, Rebecca Romijn, Christina Applegate, and a gospel choir a la We Are The World style.
Here’s Jimmy Kimmel’s response to Sarah Silverman’s video, I’m Fucking Ben Affleck…lyrics are included below.
The new princess of comedy, Sarah Silverman, breaks it to her hubby Jimmy Kimmel (on Jimmy Kimmel Live) the hard way…that she’s fucking Matt Damon. Sarah Silverman + Matt Damon = hilarious music video? Sarah Silverman + Jimmy Kimmel + Matt Damon = Sad Jimmy Kimmel. Watch as Sarah Silvermann sings to Jimmy Kimmel that she’s screwing Matt Damon…lyrics are below if you want to sing along. And big props to Matt Damon for really taking the video to the next level. It just wouldn’t have been the same without him singing along…Their life is such a mess that they could all use a professional home organizer in Denver!
Every day, a normal guy is picked on for being normal…everday. It’s getting a little ridiculous, don’t ya think? Well, now the everyday normal guy has something to cheer for. Jon Lajoie (from Kids in the Hall) has been putting out some funny videos lately. His latest Everyday Normal Guy rap video is pretty damn hilarious. Though, how many everyday normal guys watch Grey’s Anatomy?
Jon Lajoie is back. And he’s mildly upset. But guess what? He’s not gonna do anything about it mothafucka! If you didn’t see the original Everday Normal Guy rap song, then check it out ’cause it’s funny as hell. Here’s the sequel, Everyday Normal Guy 2, from the always funny Jon Lajoie:
Barack Obama has inspired many people in many ways (John McCain inspired Raising McCain recently) One of the more noticeable ways is through songs, music, and online videos (see Baracky, Baracky 2, and Under Barack Obama). I came across this really catchy reggae song by Cocoa Tea and thought I’d share it with you. Regardless of whether you like Barack Obama or not, Coco Tea has made a pretty good tune. Dis song been stuck in mah hed all day. Dem is gonna be shouting…
New favorite song: The Sun Ain’t Shining No More by The Asteroids Galaxy Tour. This caught my ears from the moment I heard it. They had another song called Around the Bend that was used on an iPod commercial, but I like this one a lot more. It definitely hovers that border of catchy and cool versus annoying. It’s a song that could definitely end up being overplayed…but that won’t stop me from enjoying it now. The Asteroids Galaxy Tour are from Copenhagen and just formed within the last year or so. They’re re-working their website at the moment, but you can check it out here (takes you to their Myspace page for now). Enjoy!

Show me your genitals…again! That’s right, Show me your genitals part 2 by Jon Lajoie is here…the E=MC Vagina version. If you enjoyed the first show me your genitals video, then this one is just as hilarious, if not more funny. What can I say, people (including myself) friggin love this guy. He’s hilarious! I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that Jon Lajoie gonna be in a movie within the next couple years. Regardless, I hope he keeps cranking out these videos, because they are flat-out fantastic. I mean, seriuosly…his intentionally goofy dancying and dead-pan delivery of the show me your genetals lyrics and songs is pure genius. Check it out for yourself…

Jon Lajoie’s latest music video is another rap video called Everyday Normal Crew. I’m assuming he’s wrapping up his “Everyday Normal…” series (you’ll see why at the end of the video), though you never know. If you haven’t seen the others, you should check out Everyday Normal Guy and Everyday Normal Guy 2. If you’re familiar with those, then you’re good to go. Personally, I like the first two the best, but maybe this one will grow on me more. Glad to see Jon making some more videos…BTW, if you haven’t seen the one before this one check out I Come Too Fast…hilarious. (See the other Jon Lajoie videos). Let us know what you think of Everyday Normal Crew in the comments.
Jon Lajoie has created another song that attacks main stream music…this time he’s attacking the radio friendly song, which also happens to be the name of the song. Ironically, this song is definitely not radio-friendly from a lyrics perspective. Though it’s definitely radio-friendly from an instrumental perpsective.
My new favorite song from Jon Lajoie is Pop Song. In case you haven’t heard, Jon Lajoie has a new album out. It’s called “You Want Some of This?” and it’s available on itunes or through his website. He also recently released Alone in the Universe. Now that you’re up to speed, check out the latest song. He hasn’t made a video yet ’cause he’s been touring, but I assume one will be coming for this song eventually. If not, then you can enjoy staring at the album cover, ha! Or you can check out the Pop Song lyrics below and sing along…it’s pretty catchy. It is a pop song parody after all. Enjoy, and check out more of Jon Lajoie’s videos. No surprise, we’re big fans here at Video Sundry.
Jon Lajoie’s bootlegs and b-sides video has just been released! And well, it’s not that funny. Actually, it is. But probably more because it’s being released in bits and pieces…like a true bootleg and b side compilation. He’s basically released…well, some unreleased material. Which I guess can’t really be considered un-released any more? If you haven’t seen anything by Mr. Lajoie, then I suggest you watch some of his older videos first!
The Roots are one of my all-time favorite bands, and likely one of many other people’s favorites as well. They have a new album coming out around the beginning of October titled “How I Got Over.” The first song from the album has the same title…How I Got Over lyrics are below, and the song as a video. Once they come out with an official video, I’ll replace the one below with the official one:
Murs’ recent single, Better Than the Best, is definitely worth checking out if you’re into hip-hop at all. It’s got an upbeat tone and the lyrics flow like water. Check it out, say what you think about the song/video in the comments…Better Than the Best by Murs:
The Lonely Island have been creating some funny music videos recently. Not sure if y’all have seen “I’m On a Boat (featuring T-Pain), but it’s pretty hilarious. It’s a great parody on rap videos, particularly those P Diddy videos. Some classic moments from the video include the random helicopters that fly into the picture in slow motion, burgers, and of course…the muthafuckin’ boat. It’s definitely worth reading the lyrics after watching the video…I noticed a few things I hadn’t heard the first I watched the video. Check it out and let us know what you think in the comments…

We didn’t start the flame war! No, really…we didn’t! But College Humor Originals released a pretty funny video that is a relatively accurate depiction of flame wars in today’s user-generated, online commenting world. For those of you that are too young to remember, the song is based on Billy Joel’s We Didn’t Start The Fire.

Supposedly, Dinosaur Rap (lyrics below) by Whitest Kids U’ Know (WKUK) is the first rap song about getting high with dinosaurs. This is probably true, though I’m not 100% certain. Either way, the Whitest Kids You Know are certainly claiming that accomplishment with their latest song, Dino Rap. If anyone has ever rapped about dinosaurs, my first guess would be Outkast.
Regardless of who rapped about dinosaurs first, this NYC comedy troupe has been putting out some funny material, so you’ll be seeing more of their stuff here as I’ve caught myself laughing at their material more often these days. “You’re welcome…internet.”
Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton get together to perform “Under Barack Obama” their version of Rihanna’s Umbrella. There’s some really funny parts in this Umbrella parody by the folks at MadTV. Watch this parody and you may never look at Obama and Clinton the same way again….
