This is pretty damn cool. You’ve heard of Pink Floyd right? How about Nintendo? Well, this is what Pink Floyd’s song, Money, would sound like if it were created for the original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).
Saturday Night Live’s SNL digital short Motherlover features Justin Timberlake, Andy Samberg, Susan Sarandon and Patricia Clarkson. If you haven’t seen it yet, then you’ll see why everyone’s buzzing about it. It’s pretty damn hilarious and with the Mother Lover Lyrics below, you’ll be singing along like it’s your new favorite song. Check out the SNL video for Mother Lover (lyrics below).
It’s an oldie but a goodie. If you haven’t heard of Samwell’s What What In The Butt, then you’re in for a really treat! I’m not sure if this was meant to be funny or not, but I think it’s pretty hilarious. Makes me laugh every time. What What In The Butt was created by Samwell, also known as Sam Norman, an openly gay entertainer. You’ll see what we mean by “openly gay” when you watch the video!
I saw this music video by Oren Lavie and thought I’d share it with you. The song is called “Her Morning Elegance” and the video is pretty amazing (the song is pretty good too!). For more information about the video, Oren Lavie, and the lyrics to Her Morning Elegance, scroll down. The video is cleverly designed to tell the story of a woman through her bed. Using the bed as a backdrop for her life, the directors do a wonderful job of taking the viewer through a series of animations. At one point, and this is probably my favorite part of the video, the woman is “running” on pillows, falls through the air and into the water, swims around, and plays with fish that are represented by socks. All of this is represented through things you would find in your bedroom…pillows, socks, sheets, shirts, etc. The directors really did a great job with this video and it’s worth watcing!
Jizz In My Pants is the first single from The Lonely Island’s debut album “Incredibad,” is a pretty funny song about premature “jizzing” as you might have guessed. The video has some surprise guest appearances by Molly Sims, Jamie Sigler, and Justin Timberlake. Music video and lyrics to Jizz in My Pants are below:
In case you haven’t heard, Facebook Girl (lyrics and video below) has been getting a lot of play these days. It’s from a group called Slow Children at Play. It’s a funny take on the pitfalls of Facebook, specifically the stalking aspect of it. There’s three different characters, apparently all losers that stalk girls on Facebook and concoct all these situations about themselves and their “Facebook Girl.” Check it out:
Is your memory stacked? Do you have computer friends that can help you with your computer problems? If not, you might need to take some lessons from Seagate and the Sniper Twins. The new video/song is actually pretty good, especially for some relatively no-name white dudes rapping about computers, disk drives and what not. Props to Seagate for taking a risk and going with the Sniper Twins…they’ll help you stack your memory to the sky.
New favorite song: The Sun Ain’t Shining No More by The Asteroids Galaxy Tour. This caught my ears from the moment I heard it. They had another song called Around the Bend that was used on an iPod commercial, but I like this one a lot more. It definitely hovers that border of catchy and cool versus annoying. It’s a song that could definitely end up being overplayed…but that won’t stop me from enjoying it now. The Asteroids Galaxy Tour are from Copenhagen and just formed within the last year or so. They’re re-working their website at the moment, but you can check it out here (takes you to their Myspace page for now). Enjoy!
If you haven’t heard of Tegan and Sara, you should definitely check ‘em out. Tegan and Sara Quin were born in Canada and their latest album, The Con, was co-produced by Chris Walla…so you know it’s going to be good. Check out their latest video from The Con, Call it Off.
Barack Obama has inspired many people in many ways (John McCain inspired Raising McCain recently) One of the more noticeable ways is through songs, music, and online videos (see Baracky, Baracky 2, and Under Barack Obama). I came across this really catchy reggae song by Cocoa Tea and thought I’d share it with you. Regardless of whether you like Barack Obama or not, Coco Tea has made a pretty good tune. Dis song been stuck in mah hed all day. Dem is gonna be shouting…
Who said John McCain doesn’t get people excited? John Rich (from Big & Rich) has created a song and video for John McCain that sets out to show that McCain does attract a younger crowd…but will it make a splash? Personally, I don’t think the song is that amazing and I actually question John Rich’s intentions. Raising John McCain?!? From what? What does that even mean? It’s really just silly.
A part of me believes he’s just doing this for the publicity. He’s been pretty forward with the fact that he created this song, he’s been on TV, radio, etc. I don’t know, I’m being a little skeptical, but something just seems a little fishy. I do believe he’s a John McCain supporter, but I also think he’s found a great opportunity to promote himself and his music and now he’s exploiting McCain, the media, et al. Well, kudos to him, cause it seems to be working. See what you think and leave a comment if you have anything to add…
I’m Yours by Jason Mraz is from his latest album We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things. It’s been a little while since Jason Mraz came out with an album, and I haven’t heard the whole thing, but the single I’m Yours is pretty good. Check out the I’m Yours video and lyrics below and let us know what you think!
Looking for a little romance? A little chemical romance perhaps? Check out the recent My Chemical Romance Video: Teenagers below. Teenagers is an interesting song that seems to address the disparity between the young and the old, the conservative and the progressive. Check out the Teenagers lyrics and video by My Chemical Romance:

Update: Looking for part 2? The show me your genitals 2 song, video, and lyrics by Jon Lajoie are now up so check it out.
Jon Lajoie is back with another hilarious music video, show me your genitals. This time he’s mocking the rap artists. It’s got that old school rap video feel to it with a classic beat and some goofy effects thrown in for good measure. Aside from being downright hilarious, Jon also manages to squeeze in a good mix of sarcasm, parody, and mockiness (yeah, i made up that word) while managing to even be a little creepy as a nerdy white guy wearing some tucked-in hawaiian shirt with khaki shorts and black socks pulled up to his calves. Anyhow, if you’re not familiar with Jon Lajoie by now, then you really need to get a nice refresher course…Instant classics include the following:
Surely, by now you’ve been Rick Roll’d?! And surely, by now you’ve wanted to sing along with the Rick Roll lyrics? Well, now you can sing along with Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” while you’re being RickRoll’d. And if you want to Rick Roll someone with the lyrics so they can sing along (and truly never get the song out of their head), you can send them here! Ha, they’ll hate you forever. And yet, they won’t be able to get the tune or the lyrics out of their head. Muahahaha…Get Rick Roll’d all over again…and sing along with the Rick Roll lyrics…
It’s Sunday afternoon and Jon Lajoie has completed another music video. This time he’s taking on the dance genre and letting the world know what he’s gotta do on a Sunday afternoon. He’s got strobing lights, hot beats, and hilarious lyrics. Oh, and Steve makes a nice cameo at the end to help Jon with his final task of Sunday. The “Sunday Afternoon” lyrics and dance song video are below. And if you haven’t seen some of Jon Lajoie’s other stuff, they’re funny as hell. You can see them here, here, here, and here.
Another classic from Jon Lajoie. This time he slows it down a bit and offers a sympathetic ear (and a sympathetic lay) for Britney Spears. Maybe Jon Lajoie got Britney Spears preggers again? Ha, now that would be funny! Well, maybe not for Jon, but funny for us. Anyhow, check it out and chill to the soothing melody and tribute for Britney Spears (lyrics below).
Although Beat Control won’t be on Tilly & The Wall’s new album, it will be coming out March 4th as a 3-track 7inch single as well as digitally through Team Love or the Tilly & The Wall themselves on their tour with Capgun Coup. The digital release will come with
From the man that brought you the normal guy videos and the 2 girls 1 cup tribute video, another Jon Lajoie classic. Nothing like getting high, getting hungry, and…what was I talking about? Ketchup chips. What? Have you ever been high as fuck? If so, maybe you’ll relate to
The 2 Girls 1 Cup Song by Jon Lajoie is another classic. Jon Lajoie has been cranking out some greatstuff lately. Not sure when he decided to hit the online landscape, but I’m glad he did.
Jon Lajoie is back. And he’s mildly upset. But guess what? He’s not gonna do anything about it mothafucka! If you didn’t see the original Everday Normal Guy rap song, then check it out ’cause it’s funny as hell. Here’s the sequel, Everyday Normal Guy 2, from the always funny
If you haven’t seen this yet, then you need to listen and watch this video/song, Yes We Can, created by will.i.am (from the Black Eyed Peas). Inspired by the Yes We Can speech by Barack Obama in New Hampshire, will.i.am made the Yes We Can Song. Obama gave a truly wonderful speech, and the song really reflects the emotions and meaning behind the words of the speech. Regardless of your political affiliations or beliefs, this speech reflects the heart and soul of America and the mentality our country was founded on. The “Yes We Can Song” and Obama’s “Yes We Can Speech” should inspire anyone, regardless of being Democrat or Republican. Check it out and let me know what you think…
The new princess of comedy, Sarah Silverman, breaks it to her hubby Jimmy Kimmel (on Jimmy Kimmel Live) the hard way…that she’s fucking Matt Damon. Sarah Silverman + Matt Damon = hilarious music video? Sarah Silverman + Jimmy Kimmel + Matt Damon = Sad Jimmy Kimmel. Watch as Sarah Silvermann sings to Jimmy Kimmel that she’s screwing Matt Damon…lyrics are below if you want to sing along. And big props to Matt Damon for really taking the video to the next level. It just wouldn’t have been the same without him singing along…
Every day, a normal guy is picked on for being normal…everday. It’s getting a little ridiculous, don’t ya think? Well, now the everyday normal guy has something to cheer for. Jon Lajoie (from Kids in the Hall) has been putting out some funny videos lately. His latest Everyday Normal Guy rap video is pretty damn hilarious. Though, how many everyday normal guys watch Grey’s Anatomy?
Christmas never looked so good with Gunther and the Sunshine Girls, haha. But seriously, this video is hilarious. Hot girls, cheesy Swedish dude, and midgets. Yep, midgets. Can you ask for much more in a video…or for Christmas? Funniest Christmas song of the year: Christmas…Yeeeaaaahhhh…by Gunther and the Sunshine Girls.
Gunther and the Sunshine Girls are back with the Ding Dong Song music video. Once again, Gunther is a pimp and he really gets the ding dong going on this one, haha. Okay, maybe not Gunther, but you touch my tra la la…lol, I could keep going, but I won’t. But you gott give props to the Sunshine Girls!
Gunther and the sunshine girls are on and poppin with their latest videos. So, this is the first installment of Gunther-licious videos I’ve found, and it’s downright hilarious. Honestly, I don’t think the music is as good without the videos. I can’t tell if this guy is serious or not. Either way, Gunther is a PIMP. It’s like the Charlie’s Angels of techno…LOL. Anyhow, check out this video – Tutti Frutti Summer Love by Gunther and the Sunshine Girls:
